BCeSIS is the acronym for British Columbia enterprise Student Information System, the common student information system for the Province of British Columbia. This website supports school districts as they implement BCeSIS in their schools, and is for registered users who currently use BCeSIS or are planning to implement the system.
IMPORTANT! Please Read Performance Degradation Reported - 09.02.2010
2:02 p.m. We are investigating reports that BCeSIS performance has been slow since the afternoon of Sept. 1, 2010. Our performance monitoring indicates that the Production servers are currently underutilized and are not experiencing a significant load. Work is underway with the provincial network service provider to monitor the associated gateway to determine the cause of this issue. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.

09.02.2010 : SDTEST Will Not Be Refreshed on Sept. 5th 2010
Due to the recently run SDTEST environment refresh of August 16 2010, the refresh scheduled for September 5 has been cancelled. The next SDTEST refresh is scheduled for October 2nd and 3rd 2010.
